Ukraine is one of eight countries in the world that have a full cycle of aircraft design and production. Returning to the history of our country, it is worth noting that aviation has always been one of the most developed industries, which has given rise to many aviation enterprises.

The history of our company dates back to 1989, when a group of young engineers created the enterprise Gorizont LLC. Inspired by the infinity of the sky, we began to design and manufacture light and ultra-light aircraft. In 1999, EROS LLC was founded. This company is now one of the world leaders in the production of hang gliders and paragliders.

When Ukraine implemented the EU rules on continuing airworthiness in 2012, we created Aeromechanics Ukraine Ltd., which became the first organization for continuing airworthiness and maintenance of general aviation aircraft in our country.

Since then, we have implemented several ambitious projects in civil aviation.

Here are some of them:

• Project of re-motorization of the Bell-47 helicopter for the GTD-350 engine.
• Project of an ultra-light single-seat hybrid helicopter
• Project for the development and production of plastic rotor blades for the Bell-47 helicopter

Realizing the huge potential of the drone market in 2020, we decided to found a new company, A-drone, which was engaged in the development and production of drones for agriculture and other promising areas.

A-drone’s goal is to bring our more than 30 years of experience in aircraft design and construction to a new line of agricultural drones and other innovative UAVs.

The main features of our work are the use of general aviation principles in relation to the standardization, reliability and safety of our drones.

Our company’s products use the most modern and proven components and solutions from leading world manufacturers.

Drone products are aimed at the professional segment of the market and are characterized by an increased margin of safety and durability.
